Sunset Candle Co. wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your candle is damaged in shipment we will gladly replace broken merchandise.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange a candle that has been lit, burned or not in original unused condition.
To receive a full refund, you must return your purchase within 7 days of purchase. It must be unused and in new condition. It is the customers responsibility to return the items at your own expense to Sunset Candle Co. in its’ original packaging. A credit or refund will be made after merchandise has been expected.
